General Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the airport VIP services provided by VIP Fast Track LLC ("VIP Fast Track," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. We encourage you to review them carefully before your travel date.

1. Cancellations and Refunds ‍

To be eligible for a refund, a cancellation request must be received no later than 14 days prior to your travel date. Requests received after this window will be treated as a no-show, as described in Section 2.

2. No-Shows

No-shows are non-refundable. A booking is considered a no-show in either of the following circumstances:

  • Our airport representative is present at the designated meeting point at the aircraft gate and no contact is made by the passenger; or

  • Your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed and you do not notify us in writing.

3. Service Unavailability

If, for any reason, the airport is unable to provide your booked service, you will be issued a full refund immediately.

4. Travel Date Modifications and Flight Schedule Changes

Travel date modifications are accommodated subject to availability. This includes changes resulting from flight cancellations or significant delays.

‍Significant changes to your flight schedule — including delays or flights arriving earlier than scheduled — will likewise condition the service subject to availability.

5. Lounge Access and Party Size

The lounge reserves the right to refuse service if you arrive with a party larger than the number described in your reservation. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects all members of your party.

6. Conduct and Security

Airport arrival and departure lounges are monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any misconduct will be prosecuted to the full extent of Dominican law. We respectfully ask all guests to act accordingly so that every passenger enjoys a comfortable experience.

7. Passenger Illness or Family Bereavement

‍ ‍

In the event of passenger illness or the death of a family member, the following applies:

  • Credit voucher. A credit voucher for 100% of the balance paid will be issued, valid for up to one year and redeemable at any airport within our serviced areas. No additional proof is required for the voucher.

  • Refunds outside the 14-day window. As an exception, a refund may be issued outside the standard 14-day cancellation window — minus a 10% cancellation fee — provided the passenger submits a copy of a valid government-issued ID plus one of the following:

    1. Scanned hospital records showing the name and date of birth of the passenger(s), together with a diagnosis that justifies cancellation of the service.

    2. Proof of cancellation of the airline ticket, reflecting the same flights and dates as the reservation and clearly showing the airline localizer (record locator).

    3. A scanned, stamped, and signed medical note showing the passenger's diagnosis.

    4. A certificate of death for a family member whose last name(s) match at least one of those shown on the cancelling passenger's ID.

How to submit documents. Please scan the required documents and email them by replying to your confirmation email, adding the word CANCELLATION to the subject line.
