VIP Fast Track LLC ("VIP Fast Track," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company, provides airport VIP services including meet-and-greet, fast-track, lounge access, and related concierge services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using our websites, booking our services, or communicating with us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use our services: ‍

  • Contact details — name, email address, and mobile phone number.

  • Booking details — service type, travel dates, number of passengers, passenger ages, airport and terminal, and flight number.

  • Payment information — processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

  • Communications — messages you send us by chat, email, or SMS, and our responses.

  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies on our websites.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process, confirm, and deliver your booking and airport VIP services.

  • Send you transactional messages about your booking (confirmations, greeter and meeting-point details, and service-day status updates).

  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support.

  • Process payments and prevent fraud.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

  • Improve our websites and services.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

‍We offer transactional SMS notifications related to your booking.

  • Opt-in. You consent to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive booking-related text messages during the online booking/checkout process, or by texting START to our number. We never purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire mobile numbers for messaging.

  • Message types. Messages are transactional and tied to a specific booking — for example, booking confirmations, assigned greeter and meeting-point details, and service-day status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional content via this program.

  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.

  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and will not receive further SMS unless you opt back in.

  • Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at bookings@alturavip.com.

  • Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. This applies notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 4 below.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our services:

  • Service providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and email delivery, bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use the data only to provide those services.

  • Airport and VIP service partners — the operational partners who deliver your booked service at the airport, limited to the booking details necessary to provide it.

  • Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VIP Fast Track, our customers, or others.

As stated in Section 3, the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which we do not share with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested (e.g., our messaging carrier transmitting them to you).

5. Cookies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required.
