We offer different services at airports we serve VIP Fast Track. Each one of the packages are described below.

Alturâ General Service Menu
Prices are in U.S.D. and are tax inclusive. Kids 2 or younger are admitted for free in all airports.
Some airports have a maximum no charge age of 5 (europe) and others 7
The following services are provided at all the airports we serve

Only for those who demand the absolute best. This package includes services that will ensure a seamless experience on both your arrival and departure at Alturâ Airport VIP.
ON ARRIVAL
-An airport staff member will meet you at the aircraft gate, holding a sign with your name on it.
-The agent will escort you to VIP Fast Track lanes, for passport checks.
-You will be asked by the staff to provide your checked baggage tickets, so they can go pick up the bags at the belt. (some airports do not include porters)
-Once your bags have been picked up, you will be escorted through customs.
-You will exit along with the representative through a designated curbside for your private transportation.
ON DEPARTURE
-Wait for your aircraft to board in our exquisite VIP lounge.
-Snacks and drinks (alcohol too) are included while you wait.
-Escorted through a private security and passport check line.
-Access to the Lounge on the airside, to wait for boarding with drinks, snacks and hot food.
-Escorted by an agent to your aircraft gate for boarding.

Transportation is not included in Alturâ Airport VIP fast track rates, but you can add private transportation to and from the airport art the end of the booking process.

Cancellation Policy
You can request a 100% refund within 14 days prior to your arrival, no questions asked. Cancellations made within that timeframe will be considered a no-show. More details.
