How it works

Meet. Escort. Fast track. Hand-off.

The same four movements at every airport in the network. The procedure for each airport is published on its own page, step by step.

  1. A host waiting in the arrivals hall with a name card for his guest
    01

    Meet

Your host is waiting at the aircraft door, the kerb or the check-in hall, with your name.

  2. An Altura VIP host walking a traveller through a calm, light-filled terminal
    02

    Escort

They stay at your side through the terminal and take care of directions, documents and questions.

  3. A host guiding a traveller towards a short priority passport-control booth
    03

    Fast track

Priority lanes for security and passport control, wherever the airport operates them.

  4. A host handing a traveller's suitcase to her chauffeur at the arrivals kerb
    04

    Hand-off

To your driver at arrivals, or to your lounge or gate on departure. You are handed over, not dropped off.

Door to door

One trip, two airports, one standard

Most airport services stop at a single terminal. Altura VIP can look after both ends: a host takes you to the aircraft at departure, another is waiting when the door opens at your destination, and the walk to your car completes the journey.

“The next best thing to traveling private” means exactly that: the parts of the trip a private terminal would take care of, arranged at the airports you actually fly from.

  1. Origin airport

Kerbside welcome, check-in, security, passport control, lounge and gate.

  2. On board

Your destination team has your flight details and works to its arrival time.

  3. Destination airport

Met at the aircraft or gate, escorted through immigration and baggage reclaim.

  4. Your car

Walked to your driver at the kerb, with your bags.

FAQ
What is airport meet and assist?

A host meets you at an agreed point — the aircraft door, the gate, the kerb or the check-in hall — and stays with you through the airport's formalities until you reach your car, your connection or your gate.

How much does it cost?

Prices are published per airport and per service, from $100. Each airport page shows the first-passenger price and, where it differs, the rate for each additional passenger.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Between 24 and 72 hours before the flight, depending on the airport. The exact notice is shown on each airport page.

Can you take me past the passport queue?

Where the airport and its border authority run a priority channel, your host takes you through it. Processing times stay under the control of the authority, and each airport page says what applies there.

Can you meet me at both airports of my trip?

Yes, when both airports are in the network. Book a departure service at your origin and an arrival service at your destination; each is confirmed in writing by the team at that airport.

Is the service available at night?

21 of our 22 airports are covered around the clock. Each airport page states its coverage.
